The air conditioning wasn't working and my host let us move to a different house and the air conditioning was great there. He also gave me a gift card at a restaurant. He was wonderful!

A well located and upgraded older home with modern touchs.The check in was excellent but there were a few things that caused me to downgrade my 5 star rating. Specifically, the microwave was not working properly, the under counter light batteries were dead and we had to replace them, there was no bottle of spray cleaner we could use to clean the counters, and tables, the overhead fan lights were all in the 3000 angstrom range creating white light that was hard on our eyes.

Really a top notch place to stay. Very clean, plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and there’s even a dog door to a fenced area! Fresh bread upon arrival was a pleasant surprise and the coffee provided for the morning was wonderful. Two big thumbs up here.

The beds and sofas are comfortable and the house is on a quiet, safe street. There is a huge backyard and the laundry machines are handy. Within short walking distance is a diner for breakfast. Air conditioning works well and kept us comfortable even in August. I would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals. Great fenced back area for our kids to run around. We were able to walk to the parks, downtown for restaurants, etc. Great communication with owner(s). We will be back.

Definitely worth a rebook!

This unit was very clean & comfortable. Even the living room furniture was cozy with several lazy boy style chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we might have needed. The beds were comfortable. We had trouble with the lock, but received immediate help. We appreciated the location as it was close the both the downtown area & stores on the highway. The neighborhood was super quiet which was a pleasant surprise after being barked at by dogs upon arrival. We were greeted with the wonderful smell of homemade bread ... perfect to go with the bottle of wine wmy friend bought at the local winery store! Would definitely stay at this location again. We were even allowed to check out later thanthe 10:00 am checkout time. Thanks for a great stay!. Property ma
