Complete with the finest Wolf appliances, Le Creuset cookware, gas stove top, DBL gas ovens, dishwasher, bread warmer, microwave, wine fridge, most baking supplies & condiments, and all the flatware & utensils you will need.
Choose from countertop seating at the kitchen island, a breakfast nook table, or the formal dining table for a special dinner.
Each bedroom has ample storage space, closets with hangers, extra pillows, and dual controlled heated mattress cover on each bed.
The master bath comes complete with walk-in tiled shower, jetted jacuzzi tub, heated tile floor, Wolf towel warmer, double sinks, and a vanity space with cushioned chair.
For those working remotely, the private office is that of a dream which you may never want to leave. Complete with desk, executive chair, bookcase, and a super automatic espresso machine. Also, the high speed 1Gig internet will provide you with all the bandwidth you should need for Zoom meeting and more.
Other amenities include home security system, smart locks, exterior security cameras, high speed Wi-Fi, Pelican water filtration system, forced air furnace with humidifier, washer/dryer, complete house sound system, hot tub, BBQ, and a golf cart hut w/ private course access.
