Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:
General Rules
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
• Parking: Park in the driveway/carport behind the home off Resort street.
• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.
Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
• Pets must be pre-approved (limit 2 dogs, under 70 lbs, and at least 1 year old).
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $75 fee applies if pet waste is not removed.
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
• Keep pets leashed around the neighborhood.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Report any pet-related damage before checkout.
• Please minimize barking out of respect for neighbors.
Additional Policies
• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
• Excess Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires extra attention after your stay.
