Unwind in Destin at this cool condo. With 2 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed full over full beds along with 2.5 bathrooms.This place is perfect for a delightful getaway. Enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, cable tv, heat, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a washer/dryer in the condo, and a fitness room and heated pool on site. There's also a living room with 1 sofa bed and 2 chair beds for additional space. This unit has all the comforts of home including a kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans for your use. Have an ice cold drink on either the main level or master balcony while watching the waves roll in or the children playing in the courtyard! Unit has an Ice Machine and Wine/Beverage Fridge. Beach Service from March through October that includes 2 Beach Chairs with an Umbrella and Table that will be set up for you every day by the beach attendant.

Everything was great and exactly as how it was described. Check in was seamless, was extremely clean, gorgeous views from balconies, comfortable beds. Only minor issue was door to downstairs bathroom wouldn’t close and we either couldn’t figure out how to use the extra ice machine or it wasn’t working. We also procrastinated and did not reserve beach chairs ahead of our stay so we ended up in the second row…not a big deal though. Definitely would recommend!

Enjoyed the location and the amenities of the condo. Really appreciated the complimentary beach chair set. There were many sleep options. Kitchen was fully stocked with great utensils and cooking equipment. The garbage disposal switch is low (waist level) so I feel like there needs to be a PSA to prevent small children from accessing the switch while doing the dishes. The condo seemed to be recently updated and the half bath door didn’t shut all the way (there was a note) however it became annoying when our families & friends gathered for meals because it’s directly off the kitchen and entry door. All in all would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to do in the area which was good because it was hot which we expected since it was August. This is a nice property that can accommodate far more guests than our 2 but we were very comfortable.

Perfect Getaway

The place was very clean and spacious. We stayed in the Penthouse so it was a bit of a walk and the elevators could use updating, but the place itself was just what we were looking for.

Great location and easy check in process. Our room had a small commercial ice machine which was an added bonus. Saved us from having to buy bags of ice. Loved having the beach chair service included with our stay.

Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our Destin vacation! The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were so clean. The king bed was unbelievably comfortable. The close beach access, pool and Monday night kids movie in the courtyard were perfect for our crew. We will definitely be returning to this condo!

Overall a good week, easy checkin, owner on top of sending info needed. Other than some paint and carpet needing shampooed ( it’s a beautiful off white color) nothing would stop me from going back to this condo.

Loved it all!

Condo was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the chair and umbrellas at the beach every day. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. Check in and out process was easy. Can’t find any negatives.
