This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanview home has the best of all worlds – beach and pool! The contemporary coastal décor, beautiful landscaping and community pool with clubhouse make selecting this vacation home in the Village of Stump Sound an easy choice.

Sweet Dreams:
1) King master has a full private bath with a door leading to a covered deck
2) Queen room is full bath adjacent and has sliders to an oceanview covered deck
3) 2 twin bunk bed room is full bath adjacent

Amenities:
This beautiful home features central air/heat, 4 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, DVR, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, 1-car garage with wet weather entry and 2 sundecks with deck furniture.

Additional Property Information:
Access to community swimming pool, tennis courts and boat launch (kayaks/canoes only). Community swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to end of September (dates subject to change depending on weather and HOA).
Fireplace is not available for guests.

Perfect location

Love the house and all of the amenities. The location to the clubhouse, pool, and beach access were perfect. The pictures on this house do not do it justice. It was impeccably clean, and had most of what we needed. Perfect size for two small families vacationing together.

Great beach house

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. Boca North was a great house - really close to the beach access and community pool. The house was clean and well furnished. Pretty views of the ocean from the deck. Topsail beach is a nice beach. We hope we'll get to visit again.
