Great place for a small group to each have their own room, has two bathrooms, washer, dryer, full kitchen, host provided towels and shampoo, very effective communication from host.

Place was perfect for our group! We had a little issue with the bathroom & the host sent a plumber within the hour. Great responsiveness! Definitely would stay again.

The place is minimal in seating and kitchen supplies. The bedroom downstairs was solid and comfortable. The couch in the downstairs that supposedly you can sleep on opens into 3 pieces and extremely uncomfortable. The place was very close to our wedding venue which was a plus and why we booked. There are a lot of rules like no visitors unless you get them approved. Overall it's an okay place that needs to be revamped to make it more functional.

Host was very prompt for any questions and concerns. My stay was over a holiday so I tried not to contact the host much. The house has several bedrooms and space to spread out.

Summer Fresh

The inside was beautiful and very clean. All spaces were well decorated. It was comfortable and pleasant in the house. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, one having a tub suitable for soaking and the other a very nice walk-in shower. There were three floors in the split level, and they needed to have trash receptacles for all three, not just the kitchen. The backyard is mostly mud and some mulch. Kitchen is well supplied and open to the living area allowing guests to enjoy the conversation even if they are cooking. The laundry is also very nice with big machines in case you have a larger load. The check-in was great. Overall our stay was very comfortable, but we didn't come expecting to cook out or spend time in the backyard.
