Spacious and serene for 2 people. Enjoy the entire lower floor of our house with your own private entry, and of course, no indoor shared space. The view of Puget Sound, a saltwater arm of the Pacific Ocean, is outstanding. And when the clouds aren't blocking, the stunning view of Mount Rainier is absolutely breathtaking.
1 large bedroom with king bed. 1.5 bathrooms. Living room with propane fireplace. Full kitchen with new cabinets, quartz counters, and full sized appliances. Dedicated work room with twin day bed. Full laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing boards, iron.
2 patios, propane firepit, beach access (82 stairs!), and a deck just above the beach.
17 miles to JBLM. 8-9 miles to either Lacey or Olympia.
Dog/cat-friendly with $50 pet fee per stay.
No children under 12 and no infants. Maximum of 2 people.
We live upstairs. There are security cameras in the driveway (the hosts' side of the house), There are no cameras in or around the apartment, including the yard and patios associated with the apartment. Your entry and areas are private.

Welcome! Hosting is a shared experience with hubby Lee. We are newly retired and love to travel, especially in our vintage VW camper van. Lee has worked in aviation his entire career and I have worked as a scientist and executive director of a state agency. We love this beautiful State of Washington, and look forward to hosting you and sharing our wonderful property.

This neighborhood is truly a gem. It's off the beaten path in a woodsy setting with the best views around. It's a quiet and safe area, yet not too far from either Olympia or Lacey.
