Welcome to your ocean-view beach villa, where luxury and tranquility await. This two-bedroom, two-bath villa sleeps up to six guests and is located on the sixth floor of the Ocean Tower. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room is equipped with a modular sofa that can be used as a bed.

The villa is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, including a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf stove, and wine cooler in a ROY YAMAGUCHI Signature Kitchen—created by Hawaii’s own master chef. The lanai serves as your outdoor living room, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. A Bosch washer and dryer are provided in the unit, allowing you to pack light. Enjoy centralized air conditioning or open the lanai doors to take in the fresh Oahu breeze.

The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush gardens, koi ponds, waterfalls, and natural stone pathways. Guests have access to a lagoon pool with a sandy beach for children, an infinity lap pool, multiple hot tubs, and an outdoor bar with cable TV—perfect for enjoying cocktails and unforgettable sunsets. If you enjoy outdoor grilling, Wolf grills and picnic tables are available by the pools.

As a guest at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, you’ll have access to the resort’s spa, sauna, steam room, and fitness center. A car is recommended, though the resort offers a shuttle service within the gated community. Your villa comes with one parking stall, with additional parking available at the resort’s discretion for a $25 per reservation fee.

Cancellation Policy
-Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless the rental is successfully rebooked at the same rate.
-Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
-Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
-Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions, not from Island Living Homes.

A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. It will be sent via email for review, signature, and return before your arrival.
