This place is magnificent!! No complaints other than the pool furniture is uncomfortable but a cheap pool mat solved that problem, and some luggage carts would be helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nearly perfect - great place and would stay at this location again. Only issue was a bedroom door that literally would not close. We were told twice it would be fixed but no-one ever came to take care of it. Other than that we all had a great experience and would still recommend, the unit was spacious and very clean.

Todd, thank you for your comments. The Grove is a new development, and these types of fixes are a "warranty" issue that we have to have the contractor's fix. Our on-sight maintenance did call them. They came after your departure while there was no guests in the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was spacious and beautiful. Every room had its own walk-in closet and bathroom, so if you are looking for lots of space for your family, this is a great option. We had family staying at other condos come over in the evening to watch movies, and we never felt crowded. The pool was amazing, and the kids really enjoyed it. It was never crowded and is great for small children because of the zero entry. The condo is located in a safe area. Our only complaint was that only two people could bathe at a time because we'd run out of hot water. We'd have to wait 30 minutes for the next crew to bathe. If the air was set above 70, two of the rooms were stuffy and hot. It wasn't a huge problem, and we'd definitely book here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was definitely surprised by how nice the condo was. It was better than expected. The pool was nice and the water was warm. The only complaint was that the elevator was in and out of working. Some people got stuck a couple of times for brief periods. It looked like it was under maintenance. Even still I’d recommend this place.
