This rental agreement includes 3 Bedrooms in a beautiful Estate home with 2 Bathrooms & 2 Spaces in Garage. (There is a 4th small back bedroom that will remain locked and not available for use during the term of the lease. The 3rd Garage Space is also not for tenant use.) This home sits on a peaceful water view on a spacious property w/ screened in lanai and large living area located in the Estates Homes side of Gran Paradiso.
Seasonal rate Includes: Basic Cable, Sewer & Trash. Also includes use of Fitness Center, community pool, tennis courts and all activity facilities that Gran Paradiso offers.
All utilities included for Seasonal rental only.
Annual or long term lease, utilities will be Tenant responsibility
