This property deserves a 5Star !! It was our home away from home . Very cozy , comfortable and clean . Most of all , spacious . My whole family enjoyed the few days we spent on this home . Rick was a great host! There was plenty of space for our group of 15, and we could have easily fit a few more people if we wanted. The house was in excellent condition, and everything was provided and easy to find. Rick was very responsive in his communication, and there were no snags in the entire process. Would definitely come back again if in the area!

I chose this neighborhood for my Coastal Villa because it has a heart and character unlike anywhere else in Los Angeles. There is something deeply comforting about waking up to the ocean breeze, watching ships pass through the harbor, and feeling the slower, more relaxed rhythm of this historic coastal community.

San Pedro offers the best of both worlds: the charm of a close-knit seaside neighborhood and convenient access to everything Southern California has to offer. Guests can explore the waterfront, enjoy beautiful coastal views, visit Point Fermin Park and the Korean Friendship Bell, discover local restaurants and shops, or simply unwind away from the crowds.

More than anything, I wanted to create a home where families and friends could reconnect, celebrate meaningful moments, and experience Southern California beyond the usual tourist destinations.
