SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

All bedrooms are thoughtfully situated on the second floor, allowing for privacy and peaceful rest.

• Primary Suite: California King bed, blackout blinds, spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom Two: Queen bed with plush bedding and closet.

• Bedroom Three: Also features a Queen bed and closet, nestled between the other rooms for easy access.

• Inviting living room with a cozy gas fireplace and large-screen TV—perfect for winding down.

• Dining area with seating for six, ideal for intimate meals or vibrant conversations.

Such a fun place! Everything was perfect. We were in Boise moving our daughter in to BSU. The hot tub was perfect for our aching muscles. Highly recommend.

Great location and awesome backyard set up for the space. This was perfect for our boys. We played lots of corn hole, sat by fire pit and used the hot tub. Funky and sassy decor, we’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at The Audacity in Boise was truly a 10 out of 10. It’s a unique, boutique-style property with so much character and charm. The location couldn’t have been better — in a safe, quiet neighborhood that’s super close to both campus and downtown. Everything was clean and well cared for, and we especially loved the outdoor space — it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the Boise vibe. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very cute & very clean

We had a great stay. The house was great for a short girls trip and was very clean. We appreciated the coffee setup and toiletries. I did plan on doing laundry while staying and while the washer & dryer worked great, they didn’t have options for temperature control so I wasn’t able to wash everything I needed. Just a heads up if you plan to do laundry. The street was safe and quiet and close to everything we needed!

Loved the audacity

The property was clean, in an excellent location and we loved all the tiny details that made this stay so much fun. The kitchen is well stocked, you just need condiments if you want anything outside salt and pepper. The hot tub was in need of a cleaning by the last day but the first two days were excellent, I don’t know anything about hot tubs but it was murky maybe from my kids swimwear? The fireplace outside was super fun and easy to use. We enjoyed the bbq grill and there is a wonderful Albertsons just down the road. Would stay again anytime. 10/10!
