We want our guests to feel completely at ease, whether they’re sipping coffee on the dock at sunrise, soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a cozy movie night with loved ones, or gathering around the firepit under the stars. We’ve stocked the cottage with everything we’d want if we were guests—from board games and water toys to plush towels and a fully equipped kitchen.

We chose Neville Point in Erinsville because it’s the perfect mix of quiet, natural beauty and convenience. It’s tucked away on a peaceful bay of Beaver Lake, giving you that cottage feeling, yet it’s only 20 minutes from Napanee and 45 minutes from Kingston or Belleville. That means you can grab groceries, explore historic towns, or pop into a winery without spending your day in the car.

We fell in love with the neighborhood because of the crystal-clear water, friendly cottage community, and the way the trees frame the lake views just perfectly. It’s a place where you can kayak alongside loons in the morning, enjoy lunch by the lake, and finish your day with a bonfire and stargazing.

Neville Point is peaceful year-round—never crowded or overly developed—which makes it ideal for families, couples, and anyone looking to relax and recharge. Every season here offers something special, from fall colors and winter snowshoeing to lazy summer swims.

From the 85 feet of private, swimmable shoreline to the 6 person hot tub, to the fully equipped rec room with a huge sectional, smart TV, and pool table, every feature was chosen to help guests relax, play, and connect.

Unlike many rentals that feel basic or bare, our home is stocked like a boutique hotel and a family cottage combined. You’ll find everything you need—from life jackets and inflatables to high-end cookware, Bluetooth speakers, Netflix-ready TVs, and even an air fryer. The beds are cozy, the water toys are ready, and even the towels are plush. We provide the extras so you don’t have to pack them.

The outdoor setup is a dream: a spacious deck overlooking the lake, tons of seating, a BBQ with extra propane, and a large dock perfect for fishing, swimming, or just soaking in the view.
