Our host, Hayden, was very attentive. There was a problem with the smoke alarm and he got it fixed right away. If we had a question, he got back to us quickly. Also, and this was big for us, the bed was comfortable, unlike most hotel beds. The building is very secure and tenants were very friendly as well.

This property is clean, attractive, and offers everything you need to stay for the weekend or longer. The off-street parking is good, and the security is excellent. I stayed for two full weeks due to a medical situation with my spouse. He was being treated at Abbott Northwestern Hospital-- Courage Kenney Rehabilitation Institute. I could have walked, but chose to drive to the ramp. This is a perfect location for staying close to family members at the hospital or just south of downtown Minneapolis for any reason. Highly recommended.

The place was exactly as described. Close to the hospital and 10 minutes from the university of Minnesota. We booked it vs. a hotel because we wanted to cook and have space as a family. The place was perfect for our short stay. We will definitely book here again.
