Welcome to our beautiful condo on the water in Dunedin.
This condo is fully renovated, with all new kitchen, bathroom, appliances, etc.
It's a cozy 1 bedroom unit with full amenities.
Pool, gym, walking trails, beautiful water views, and much more are what we offer with this condo.
Minimum rental is 30 Days so please no short term rental request.

The cancellation policy would overrule the initial Cancellation fee if it exceeds the 10%.
