Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash is collected on Monday mornings (early). Please have bins by curb before 6am Mondays (as needed), and returned to side yard by 6pm. Thank you!
Do not block the driveway apron (between curb and sidewalk), as it is shared with the neighbor. Do not block the sidewalk.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We’ve fallen in love with the town and poured our hearts into restoring this home so it can be a warm, welcoming space for our guests. More than anything, we love helping visitors discover the hidden gems that make Prescott so special.

The house is in "Whipple Heights", a historic neighborhood registered with the National Register of Historic Places. It is part of Prescott history.

Tom & Lisa spent two years lovingly restoring this 100+ year-old Prescott cottage, built just a decade after Arizona became the 48th state — making it a piece of history in itself.
