The Space:
Whimsical Way (#179) at East Fifteen Cottages features 10-foot ceilings, quartz counters & vanities, a full-size front-loading washer & dryer, 2 balconies, WIFI, Trex decks, & balcony dining area, and includes an EV charging station, Traeger pellet grill, high-chair, pack-n-play, & stair guard.

Once you enter Whimsical Way at East Fifteen Cottages you will be greeted by a large open kitchen/ dining/ living area. The main level also includes a bedroom, full-bath, and balcony access with pool views. The entire home has been tastefully decorated in a coastal-chic theme and outfitted with all new beds and furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances, tile backsplash, double-door refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, insta-pot rice cooker, Ninja blender, coffee maker (Keurig, drip, & French press).

This 2,000 sf, 4-bedroom, 4-bath home can accommodate up to 10 guests. Bedroom #1, located on the main level, features a king bed and bathroom. The upper-level features 3 bedrooms and balcony access. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with a king bed and have their own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a Captain’s bunk (twin over full plus pull-out trundle) and a bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. There is no cable but every TV is equipped with all of the popular streaming services. Whimsical Way can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

The Neighborhood:
East Fifteen Cottages is a low density, upscale, beachside community featuring only 15 luxury coastal cottages, a community pool (heated seasonally), deeded beach access directly across the street (a short 3-minute walk), ideally located 0.6 miles east of Hwy 59 on East Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores, Alabama, near all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Getting Around:
All of the shopping, dining, and entertainment Gulf Shores has to offer is within walking distance but Uber, Lyft, and local taxi are available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
No pets.
No smoking.
Up to four vehicles can park under the home. (EV charging station is included, $100 fine if charging key is lost).
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Door code will be provided 2-days before arrival.
We provide a house manual that addresses all of the intricacies of the home.
