A/C problems with cooling and leaking since the moment we arrived. It was 80 degrees in the unit. After several days it was determined the line was dirty. The air filter was also dirty according to the HOA maintenance people. Bluewater was quick to respond and brought in some portables. Their maintenance team was very nice and polite and seemed concerned. It took several days and several calls to finally get the air-conditioning to work properly. But then there were leaks. The view is beautiful and the unit was very clean and decorated nicely. If I didn't have to call maintenance so many times I would have given it 5 stars. I think i should have been given a discount or something for all the inconvenience. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for us. One of the people that answer the phone in the office was rude as well.

Our team worked quickly to respond and help make you as comfortable as possible while a much larger repair was being addressed, but we understand how frustrating the multiple interruptions and later leak from the A/C line were during what should have been a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We want every guest to feel heard and cared for when they reach out, and we apologize that one of your phone interactions did not reflect that level of service. The underlying A/C issue has since been repaired, but we understand that does not change the inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
