This stylish home is the perfect getaway with an open-concept living area ideal for entertaining. Start your day with a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, then enjoy board and card games with family and friends. Step outside to a backyard oasis where you can unwind by the fire pit or under the gazebo with a glass of wine. Play cornhole, ping pong, or horseshoes, or watch your favorite team on the outdoor movie screen. Just 5 minutes from Marietta Square, Smyrna Market Place, and Truist Park.

Pets are welcome! The fee is $75 for the first pet and $25 for each additional pet, with a maximum of 2 pets unless prior approval is granted.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Please clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors.

Smoking, vaping, and hookah use are strictly prohibited inside the home.
A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking or hookah use.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! It was such a warm and welcoming home and just as described. The back yard was an entertainers dream! The kitchen was fully stocked and the home very very comfortable. The beds were so comfy and slept like a dream. The home was very clean and tidy. My fur babies loved their home and the outdoor space so they could run free! John was very helpful and very responsive to every question that I had. The check in process was seemless. The home is centrally located to everything and surrounded by lots of restaurants.

What a great property! Just a few minutes away from Truist Park. The outdoor area is fantastic. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy it was much as we had hoped. The house was spotless and very well taken care of!

The house was exactly as pictured, with superb decor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It had all the essentials and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The backyard was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day at the baseball tournament.The amenities were definitely a major plus, and John was extremely accommodating, always quick to answer our questions. OMG! We christened this AH-MAZING, beautiful space! As the 1st guests, we had the opportunity to take it all in and be very honest critics! John absolutely left nothing unthought of (aside from a bidet and outside bathroom, lol)! Shat you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. He even ensured to have toiletries, some seasonings, and more than enough water. In addition, he was communicative, very easy and pleasant to work with, the space is in proximity to some of the best that Smyrna and Marietta have to offer including the famous Marietta Square, Cumberland Mall & The Battery! And, for ALL you get, it is truly reasonable and John is professional and exquisite. Thanks John! See you soon!
