Welcome to your perfect getaway! Nestled just 10 minutes from the lake and the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, this cozy and inviting home is the ideal retreat for families and pet lovers. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventures, local dining, or just a relaxing escape, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep. There is even a park/playground a half-block away and an outdoor office for a peaceful remote working environment! Silverwood is just a short 25 minute drive!

The Space:
The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with an additional dedicated outdoor office. The primary bedroom and bathroom are on the main level and the 3 additional bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs.

There is a pac n play, high chair, booster chair, baby monitor, and safety gate in the hall closet for families with little ones.

All of the spaces are included except the garage.

This was a nice stay! Loved evenings on the patio ! We had our family game night on the dinning room table with comfort. The accommodations were just fine for our family of 9. The park down the street was a nice treat as well.

Smoothest Airbnb stay! The property was perfect for our July 4th weekend visit to CDA and the house was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The hosts were clear and easy to communicate with making our special family weekend completely hassle free. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for our family reunion prior to a wedding. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The space to dine and relax were perfect for our family group. The dog accommodations worked out well. Having a fenced yard was very helpful. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to our needs and questions. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again in a heartbeat!Thank you!!!!

When you pull up to the house the landscaping is perfect. The backyard is also very clean and organized and comfortableto hang out in. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for your things. It has a fresh mid-century modern vibe with sage/olive green elements throughout a warm neutral theme. Their toiletries are nice with a warm rich smell. There are no fragrance plugins, which I really appreciate. There is a reed diffuser in the kitchen that is very subtle and smells really good. It did not trigger asthma symptoms. Their kitchen utensils and pots and pans are nice. They also offer the right amount of communication. I'm a big fan and I would stay here again. They made it classy and comfortable.
