This is a nice apartment and I stayed three weeks. The laundry and kitchen were convenient amenities. There were a few deferred maintenance issues that seemed like they could be easily fixed, but weren’t so I went down a star on the rating. (Missing panel on a kitchen counter, a broken shower handle, a missing bedside light that meant just a wire hanging from the ceiling.) These issues weren’t major, but the lack of a bedside lamp was annoying. Communication from the host was a bit terse - there was no useful information about certain things in the apartment. For example, when I was checking out and let the host know that I had bagged the trash and left inside I only then learned that somewhere (I don’t know where) there was a garbage chute. Finally, I do think that folks considering this apartment should know that the section of South Street where it is located can be extremely loud at night. I was aware of this, and the noise does abate around 11 PM to midnight. People not aware of and prepared for this could be disappointed.
