GREAT VIEWS! Great building character and charm, top floor with great views, parking garage next to building for easy in and out accessibility, spacious bedrooms, and onsite amenities.
We loved this apartment! Check in was super easy and it was clean with AMAZING views! Loved the building and the gym was amazing. Rooms were spacious and even the pull out bed was comfy! Had a great time!
Excellent views, nice industrial design, that's about it. The place lacks the home, warmth feeling. Lack of attention to small details such as the shower curtain in the master bathroom, which is too short, so water spills every time and you must mop. Kitchen is not fully equipped; I only had 2 glasses for a family of 5. There are no cleaning supplies, except for dishwashing soap, so we had to be extra careful not to have any spills or anything. The building itself is also situated in a not so attractive location; All this, added to the fact that you end up paying almost 200 more in fees that are not advertised, and that are not optional, I think is a little pricy Not recommended for a family stay.
The room was so nice and we had a great view of downtown. It was our first time using valet parking which I highly recommend because parking gets so complicated if you aren't used to it in a big place like Dallas. The host was so helpful and always available when you need them which is more than I can say for hosts that we have had in the past. Check in was really simple and I liked the detailed instructions we got. The only things that were unsatisfactory would first be the smell. The room was fine, but all throughout the property inside and out all we could smell was Marijuana. This isnt the hosts fault but for a building that is strictly no smoking I honestly wasn't expecting to smell it right outside our door. Also I wish there were items to wash clothes with. Came with a washer and dryer but no detergent that we could find. The last thing would be I wish the second bedroom had curtains along with the blinds because the city lights shines in the room and its hard to fall asleep. Overally we had a good time and im glad we had a nice little loft to come home to at the end of the day. And safe parking.
Tidy, well decorated, spacious. Gorgeous views of Dallas! Back shower was not cleaned from previous stay. (Razor cap left on the ground- soap drops on the shower floor)Repairs needed to 2 lamps. Cracks in Champaign flutes. (2)
The property was clean and looked good. Except the second bathroom shower floor tiles were broken and scattered. The beds and pillows were AMAZING! Like seriously, I need to know what brands they use! And the views were really nice from the 9th floor. Very close to restaurants and shops in the heart of downtown. I wish we had access to churn the ac up because we were cold. Some additional pluses: they had condiments/seasonings spice rack, water purification pitcher, and a keurig. The valet parking was weird because all of the staff members looked like they hated everyone and didn’t communicate at all. And there were a lot of sketchy characters hanging around the building entrances and walk way from the parking garage to the building entrance. As females it would be great to have a building security guard on the premises. I would not let my 18 yr old daughters walk around the property with out is. The videos for watching how to enter the parking garage, and building wouldn’t load. I wish they had a better written Out explanation of everything and maybe even a drawing map of were to go. It was super confusing finding our room when we first arrived. Overall we had a good time. Thank you.
