Awesome condo with great views! Great location very close to only beach in TC that allows dogs and right next door to dog park. Great for people staying with dogs. Owner communication was outstanding and responded to VRBO chats within minutes. Parking spots are tight for a large truck (I have an F150) but fit if you are careful. Make sure you park in the correct spot as other renters have called tow truck and my truck was towed when my wife accidentally parked in the wrong spot. Overall great space and owner!

Great Place, Great Location

The condo is very clean and cozy. It makes great use of the space and all the furniture is very comfortable. A nice view of the West Bay that’s just a block away. Just across the street is a park with pickle ball courts and a dog park. Just a short walk to multiple public beach access points and very nice water front parks. Perfect place for a small family.

Locked out

We were locked out of the unit as the door code only works on the dead bolt and not the door handle. We had to call a locksmith to pick the doorknob. Boat did not inform us at any level that the 2 locks were separate and that the door knob required an actual key that was not supplied or identified. 110 for a locksmith.

Property was as expected and advertised. Location was really nice. Walking distance to beach, pickleball, restaurants and ice cream. The only downside was parking. Yes there was assigned space, but they are tiny.
