Gabe was quick to respond when we had difficulty with the thermostat. There are 2 short (6-7 steps) interior staircases. The 1 car-garage is very narrow, but a luxury to pack a dry car after a thunderstorm. Extremely well-stocked functional kitchen. No need to eat out! Lots of thirsty towels & plastic hangers. Huge TV with soundbar. Quiet residential neighborhood.

Start to finish, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. The host was friendly and responsive. The property was well cared for. The amenities were exceptional. I've had rentals where I got 1 trash bag and 2 dishwasher pods for the week, or there were 2 spoons and rusty cookware. This place was fully stocked and the kitchen facilities were amazing! Everything we needed to celebrate a full Thanksgiving meal here with our family. There was a snow storm! But we didn't feel cooped up because the basement rec room was super! We had football games playing upstairs, (maybe some napping, too) and gaming going on downstairs. The beds were cozy. The towels and sheets were soft and ample. There were night stands with phone chargers. Little details that make a difference. The neighbood was quiet and safe. It was such a positive experience for us. This host has thought of everything. It is difficult when family lives far apart, and having a place to gather that feels like home made all the difference to the time spent together. I'm very grateful to the host for that.

Why they chose this property

We’re on the edge of Country Club centered between Dundee and Benson. Two fun neighborhoods with good food and drink close by! We’re good friends with all of our neighbors in our safe little community!

What makes this property unique

We’ve received multiple compliments about the way we’ve fully stocked the kitchen for cooking. We have a California King Purple Bed that’s outstanding besides the queen in the other room. Can’t beat the large flat screen TVs! The travel theme decorations are fun and plenty of games in the finished basement!
