This is a NON-SMOKING/NO-VAPING home. If smoking outside the home (allowed, outdoor floor ashtray is provided), please make sure you have closed all windows and doors, so smoke doesn't drift inside the home. Ask your host for checkout instructions (spoiler alert: we take care of everything because you are on vacation).

This home boasts a state if the art ADT security system with outside perimeter cameras for your added safety. The 4 cameras outside of the house are located at the front monitoring the entrance, left and right side entrance gates and back of the house monitoring the back entranceIf you would like to use the alarm system during your stay just ask your host for a code. Per Vacation Rental law in South Florida, all Airbnbs are required to have a noise monitor in common area to comply with noise ordinance. The decibel monitor for this home is in the dining room. No parties allowed. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM daily.
