The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the keys and parking pass to the office located on the Parking level in the hallway that leads to the pool. If you have a garage remote, please don't forget to turn that in as well!
Please be sure to wash and dry all beach towels before you check out.
We'd appreciate it if you start a load of laundry, but if you don't its OK, the cleaning service will handle it. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be mindful of the units that surround ours, pick up chairs, don't drag or drop heavy items, please don't stomp or allow kids to run inside.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, please be mindful of people staying in units that surround ours.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The large balcony was so nice with comfortable chairs. The condo had everything we needed. The beach closet with chairs and umbrellas was amazing! The carts to carry luggage and groceries were so helpful! We only had one issue with the refrigerator and the property manager allowed us to use another one on property, sent a repairman promptly and replaced our groceries that were lost without us even asking. We couldn’t have asked for more! They even had a fan in the closet! The pool area was very nice and private. There were only two things we felt could use improvement. The gates going to the boardwalk to the beach have locks. The one with the ramp was difficult to open with the key. We struggled with that. And just a personal preference, the beds were too firm. We got used to them but a topper would have helped. Those few things were minor. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Megan for all you did to make our girls trip so comfortable. We will see you again!
