Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in, in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



Here are examples of vehicles that will be refused at check-in:



1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Large vehicles, such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or those exceeding a height of 6'8".

3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers (too difficult to maneuver in the garage).

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking car-type controls.



Pets are allowed based on their size. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet applies, depending on the length of your stay:



- Stays of 1 to 4 nights: $35 per night, per pet

- Stays of 5 to 29 nights: $250 per pet

- Stays of 30 nights or more: $400 per pet



Please note that the company is not responsible for building maintenance or repairs.



**GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO YOUR STAY**



To comply with legal requirements and enhance property security, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information will be used solely for screening and verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reasons.



All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:



- Follow our rental terms and conditions

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in

- Complete a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as per the rental agreement

- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Guests must submit required information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.



Every reservation carries a $55 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.
