A unique property that has been extensively remodeled and sits on the 2nd floor in downtown Kiel. The interior is very nice, but unique in that there is very little space or seating for large parties including no kitchen table and only a small family room table. There was bar seating in the kitchen. One bedroom has no closet or vanities for putting away clothing. It can sleep 8, but with limited space it is tight for hanging out. The bedrooms that face the street can be loud with traffic passing by. Access is very easy with parking in rear and temporary street parking in front. There are 23 steps (no elevator access) to reach the 2nd floor property.We had trouble with the WIFI not having a strong signal, and would only support the smart TV intermittently. This must be addressed for future guests as we could not use the TV as it did not have a working cable connection either.The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, as well as ample coffee with a Keurig machine, so that was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, and it is a very nice property, but has unique features that may not be a fit for everyone, or large parties.
