Wow, this was a great location to reach multiple sites around the Jacksonville area. We liked the ability to walk to several restaurants, shops and bars. I would stay at this site again.
Location was convenient to a park for pickleball and tennis, shopping and restaurants. We we there to visit family and tour the area, but this location was also convenient to Baptist hospital, Nemours and MD Anderson. Communication with the host was great. We would certainly consider staying again. Only downside was location to train tracks, but I've visited Jax for 40 years, and trains are everywhere.
Unit was clean and had newer furnishings. It is short walking distance to several restaurants and bars. It has a nice covered front porch with nice furniture.
A wonderful spot to stay with lovely accommodations and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We were there for events at Bolles so was perfect for us. As a decaffeinated coffee drinker I appreciated it was available along with other options.
Very cute However not very practical for people over 50 or kids , Personally I like fluffy pillows, they were too hard .Daniel was always in communication and willing to do whatever in his best way to accommodate my needs. Unfortunately, my stay was not for pleasure or vacation but for my husbands surgery at the Nauo Clinic. and we couldn’t extend our stay because the bedrooms were upstairs very steep stairs.
Five-Star Experience All the Way!We had a wonderful stay! Daniel was kind enough to let us check in early since the unit had already been cleaned, and it was super clean, which was greatly appreciated. Communication with him was excellent from start to finish. The entire unit looks beautifully renovated, with updated bathrooms, lovely furnishings, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were wonderful, and we slept very comfortably. There were also thoughtful touches throughout, including coffee, spices, and other essentials that made the place feel warm and welcoming. One small thing worth mentioning is that there are train tracks approximately five blocks away, and you can occasionally hear the train whistle in the late evening or early morning. It never bothered us, and there are plenty of homes even closer to the tracks, but if you’re a particularly light sleeper, it’s something to be aware of.Overall, this was a five-star experience all the way. The property was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
I wanted to remain hush about this little gem. I loved it so much that I'm afraid if I share with others that I wont be able to get another reservation since everyone will want to stay here as well. The host ( Dan ) happened to be on site while i was there and was very helpful to get the smart tv working for me since i had no clue how to get it to work.
We sought a place conveniently located near everything, and we found it! The home boasts easy access to the highway and shops, along with a variety of restaurants catering to every taste. We particularly appreciated the fact that the home was situated off the main boulevard.San Marco is also within a short distance. If you’re a light sleeper, be prepared for the occasional train that runs multiple times throughout the night. Apart from that, this home is an ideal choice for a small family or group.
