Had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is cozy, very clean, and well-maintained. It also had all the amenities, supplies, and utensils one can ask for. It is close to a lot of nature trails and nice restaurants. My family and I had a great tine staying here.

Perfect Property

The reason for my stay was that a few friends, myself and fiancée were attending a wedding 10 minutes away in Sturbridge, MA. Kyle was very welcoming, extremely communicative and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The property was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable.

3.5. Great amenities. Good location if you’re looking for hiking and Sturbridge village. Very responsive host. Having no doors on bedrooms and bathroom door downstairs didn’t close easily made it a little awkward.

The owners obviously took time and effort to create a cozy space, however my sensitive nose detected a mildew scent which was very noticeable. The amount of stairs would deter anyone with difficulty with mobility or young children.

Susan, I'm so sorry to hear about your negative experience! We did have an issue with a mildewy scent for a couple of weeks around the time of your stay and have since remedied the issue by finding and fixing a small water leak that was creating dampness and installing brand new dehumidifiers both upstairs and downstairs. I'm terribly sorry these fixes were not in place before your arrival. I want to thank you though for your candid feedback, and for being an excellent guest.
