Home newly renovated about 2 years ago. Located in a quiet area outside of town. A short drive into town which also has bike/walking trails into town.

Book the house! I know there are minimal pictures, I know it seems sketchy, I promise you it is not!! Let me answer all the questions you have…1. This listing is a dedicated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2. The yard is NOT fully fenced in3. There is parking for a minimum of 3 vehicles4. It is an easy commute to basically everywhere. The nearest real beach is approximately 45 minutes. “The Sands” is not a beach, do not be fooled I promise you it is not.5. Yes there is a weber charcoal grill6. No garage7. It is in an extremely nice, quiet, safe neighborhood8. Yes you can ride your bike from the airbnb to the bike path and then from there to basically everywhere 9. There is central ACOk so onto the bedroom bathroom situation. 1. Queen bedroom suite in the back of the house. It has a full bathroom with stand up shower only.2. Full size trundle bed with 1/2 bathroom3. Full size bedroom with no bathroom4. See that picture of the chair in a room by itself…that chair is a twin size sleeper. This room is great for kids, not for your menopausal mother as the central AC is not ducted into this room!5. The final full bathroom with bathtub is in the hallway.The kitchen is well stocked for four, anything above four gets a bit sketchy. There is also a large closet connected to the full laundry room that has every small appliance known to man, beware of the Bella griddle, that thing is insanely temperamental. Bring your own beach stuff.
