This property was perfect for us. After a long drive it was easy to find and get into. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a nice clean smell. I don’t wear shoes in my home and I was impressed at how clean the floors are in this place. My socks and feet showed no signs of dirt. Well stocked with towels, soap, trash bags, kitchen supplies. Host was super responsive and accommodating. It’s about a 12 minute drive to the convention center. Will definitely stay here again!

Great home!! Clean and comfortable. We arrived late and just pulled into garage. Didn't have to worry about taking everything out of the car. Loved this place

Great stay. Host is very responsive and kind. Plenty of dinner wear and adequate pots and pans. The only suggestion I have is to maybe have some cookie sheets. Oh and the Oreos were very much appreciated by the teenager. :)

Excellent Overnight Stay

Our overnight stay at Cozy Nest at Hummingbird was fantastic! Booking was easy, communication with the owner was easy, getting to the house was easy, and best of all was that the house was in perfect condition when we arrived! The house is exactly as described, and is immaculately clean! The king size bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in any rental, and the pillows and sheets were perfect too!! We wished we had another night to enjoy the house! If we are in Dalton again, we will definitely book here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Good experience. Would stay again. We met our daughter from AL and enjoyed a weekend. Easy driving distance to Chattanooga. Plenty of good places to eat in Dalton itself too. Wish we had known how close the train tracks were (2 streets over but still able to hear them). However, we sleep with sound machines so we were fine. Otherwise a great property ... Easy to find and we felt safe.

As advertised, it was a cozy nest and was perfect for our stay. We appreciated having a garage to secure the vehicle. It was clean and had all the necessary appliances and features. It was closer to a busy road and a trucking company across the street than we realized. The host was responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
