Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please rinse all dishes and cookware before loading to the dishwasher.

Place all used towels in the shower or tub. Place the keys on the kitchen table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You are allowed to smoke outside. Please place used cigarettes in a container. Please maintain cleanliness inside and out. Grilling is permitted.
You are allowed to have music outside. Please do not have music so loud that it would disturb the nearest neighbors (us). Quiet 11 pm - 7 am.
Please inform us if you will have overnight guests. No sub-leasing. For extended stays the home will be inspected mid-term.

When you visit you will enjoy the beautiful scenery. There are mountains in every view. This is a beautiful slice of paradise. No city noise, but a quick ride to enjoy the best dining in Chattanooga. In a couple of hours you can be in Atlanta or Nashville for exciting entertainment. This is truly the best place for a base camp. My husband can tell you where the best motorcycle rides are. The

You will enjoy the utmost seclusion and privacy. No nearby neighbors. The entrance has a gate if you choose to close it. It is separate from the owner driveway. Each bedroom has a digital lock, so you can lock the door behind you as you leave for the day. Abundance of closets. Big kitchen. Large living area with plenty seating. Two dining tables. Set your streaming to expire when you checkout. Two separate AC/Heating units. Lots of outdoor space.
