Other Things to Note:
My building has been fully cosmetically remodeled but the bones are still old. Although there are mini-splits, the place may still struggle to hold to a perfect temperature in more extreme weather. The walls/ceilings can also be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests in other units during your stay! This listing is apart of a 5-plex building that has access to a shared, coin-op laundry room in the basement.
