We were there for my grandson wedding at Geneva Baptist church and mt daughter and family were next door. We had some amazing family time on this beautiful property.
We seen alligators and caught some fill fish!
Thank you!
Place was awesome! Smelled very clean when we arrived. Only issue we had was we couldnt get the t.v. work. Even though we didnt catch a bunch of fish, we still had a great time on pier relaxing and spending time with each other.

I loved the location. Dishes were quite dirty. Grill was dirty. We had to wash everything we used before eating. Back porch was filthy. A leaf blower and a little water would take care of it, but had not been cleaned since winter apparently. On the good side, the location is peaceful, the air was cold and the beds good.
We love this house and our stay. This is our 3rd time here and everyone loves it. Relaxing and lots of fishing. We caught some crappie and catfish even a couple gaspergoo. Took out the canoe and had lots of laughs.
Nice place to stay. Free ice from commercial ice maker on property. Very nice and helpful property owner. Mid part of lake so equally easy to drive to upper and lower halves. Would stay again. Roy
The property is gorgeous. The property manager isbawesome to work with. This place does not disappoint! We've stayed here several times and already have our next stay booked!
We had lots of fun. Did a lot of fishing and relaxing. Just an FYI if you have T-Mobile phone service you won't catch service out there but they do have Wi-Fi at the house. House was awesome clean really nice. The beds were really comfortable there's lots of privacy. Definitely recommend coming here.
Through the years I have enjoyed staying at this property. The location is great! This time it could have been cleaner. I provided some details on the topic directly to the property manager. We stayed two nights. The second night a large mouse (or rat) ran across the kitchen to the living room and hid. In the middle of the night (1:30), the mouse decided to come into the bedroom under the door. Fortunately after an hour of hide and seek, my dog caught it (thank goodness-I can’t stand mice) and we tossed it outside. I understand mice can get into a house through small openings. However, I didn’t feel like sleeping much afterward. This will probably be the last time we stay at the property. I appreciate all of the opportunities to stay there through the years. We’ve enjoyed it.
Had a great time great access to the lake. Boat launch and bait shop less then two minutes away. Nice covered boat dock with a fish cleaning station and ice machine on the property.
Loved staying here. So quiet and peaceful. Was disappointed with the fishing and the paddle boat,it was broken. The house was very nice and clean. Would stay here again.
We want to share our family home with you as we do not live here all the time anymore. Our youngest son graduated in 2012 and our jobs have taken us in different parts of the world. We want to allow folks the benefits we enjoy at our lakehouse and it not just sit empty. We love this home and always plan to be able to come back and visit when our careers allow. We have 3 grown children and when we get together, this is our perferred place to go... Fishing is great and hunting is good...
Why they chose this property
Easy to access on black top road, nice sized, family and pet friendly, large nice yard, covered boat dock/fishing pier where you can catch crappie/white perch with a minnow and cane pole! Early morning with the mist coming off the water is as good as it gets... You can drink your coffee while watching the bass hit the top of the water and the ducks swim by....
What makes this property unique
Great mid-lake location, easy to access, just walk out your back door and get in your boat and go fish or ride or whatever. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We are located in the Patroon Creek area, mid-lake and right next to Holly Park Marina. Fishing is great in Patroon and everyone around is nice and helpful.
