The upstairs and main level of this house is so cozy and cute and clean. The basement bathroom and the basement as a whole could definitely use updating.

Very nice, clean home.My sister and I are older and stairs are not our friends. When I booked it looked like 2 bedrooms on the main floor, but 1 upstairs, one main floor and one in the MI basement. No problem if you're younger but we couldn't use two of the rooms.Shar was a great host!Had everything we needed in kitchen. This was our 1st Vrbo experience. We'll do it again, I'll just have to check closer next year.Thank you Shar.

Good communication, house was clean, like your grandma’s 1950’s house. There is not a shower with the bathtub on the main floor. The only shower is a terrible cement shower in the basement. There is only a 30 gallon hot water tank for 6-8 people. We ran out of hot water after the 1st shower. The house is well stocked. It would have been fine if it had a decent shower.

Adorable older house that looks remodeled. Great house for hide and seek with all the nooks and crannies. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Recommend staying

I appreciate that Shar was personable and readily available when needed. The house and property are nice- well maintained and decorated nicely. Plenty of room with all the essentials. Good location in relation to Marquette and K.I. Sawyer. Especially enjoyed the neighborhood bunnies visiting me every day. :)

Home was very clean and lots of space and amenities to help a large group enjoy a weekend. Kitchen was very well stocked with items for home cooking at the VRBO.Shar was very hospitable and very quick to respond on any questions we had during our stay.Would recommend this listing for future travelers. Good value and lots of amenities for large groups staying in Gwinn or Marquette area.
