About this space
Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more!

This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

The loft has one queen bed. The common space has a futon couch that can fold into a bed. A cot can be provided if requested ahead of time.

There is a propane fireplace in our space that keeps the cabin nice and warm. The porta potty is not heated.

We welcome well behaved pets to visit with you, with a pet fee. Please make sure you have registered your pets in your reservation or an additional will be incurred.

THERE IS NOT A STANDARD BATHROOM OR KITCHEN IN THIS SPACE.
- There is no running water.
-There is potable water out of a battery operated pump in sink.
-There is a porta potty on sight.
-There is a full propane grill, with side burner, and a cooler left for your use ( bring your own ice.)

Great place!! Loved everything except the steep staircase upstairs to really comfy bed but my boyfriend could not use the stairs so he tried the futon but it was very uncomfortable sorry to say. Everything else was wonderful. The place is beautiful inside and out.

What a delightful little getaway cabin! My girlfriend and I (plus our pupper) were so enchanted from the moment it came into view. The A frame was clean and cute on the inside, with plenty of little games to occupy you in downtime, and charming decor. The property is absolutely adorable. Plenty of shaded woodland space and a fire pit. A real place to escape to and unwind.The cabin has some basic amenities powered by the solar panels, a propane grill, and an outhouse. Unfortunately we were struck by a serious heatwave right as we arrived, and not having a shower on the property or climate control made it a bit too hot and sticky for us to stay for our full rental. The owners were incredibly kind and comped us for the last few days we couldn’t stay, and they were such great hosts the whole time. I will absolutely consider the property for a future escape but maybe next time not right in the middle of a heat wave during El Niño .
