Wonderful accomadatioms doe the entire family including dog. Very pet friendly beach. Great heated pool. The grandkids loves it during their stay. We had a couple of glitches but the response from Panhandle was very fast and the minor problems solved expediently. We loved it so much, we booked again for next year!

Great home. We loved every minute. Easy beach access. We were told there weren’t beach chairs so we brought our own but there were chairs in the storage bin next to the pool. Love this area. If you stay you must go to the Indian Pass raw bar!! Great oysters!

This house was very clean, well stocked with kitchen needs and linens. The walkway to the beach was free of vines and debris. The views are beautiful, the location remote and ideal for a family vacation. We’ll DEFINITELY book this again!

There were a few bugs in the house and then maybe needs a deep clean. Also, the floor has a soft spot at the top of the stairs that needs to be repaired. Otherwise. Enjoyable stay for my family.

Spacious house with incredible vista

I was looking for a pool and more space for our annual Indian Pass teio. This house did not dissappoint. Amazing vista, spacious rooms and outdoor area. The pool.was perfect and easy access to the beachnfrom the houses boaedwalk.

Fabulous time

Description and location was great. Plenty of room for each of the grandkids to have space. Description was accurate. The beach was perfect without crowds of people. Quiet family oriented is what we needed. We had a few minor issues when we first moved in, but we couldn’t ask for anything better. Kids have already talked about going back. Thanks Wes for helping us have a great Thanksgiving!

Best Vacation

Highly recommend this vacation house! The house is absolutely amazing! It was nice having the beach and pool so close! We had some little kids and they were able to run back and forth from the pool to the beach with ease! My husband usually doesn’t like the beach but this set up prevented him from having to constantly haul stuff from far away! Also, we had the beach to ourselves since this area is not very crowded! Each night we drove into Port St. Joe which took about 20 min! The food in town was wonderful! We hope we can stay here again soon!

The property had a fantastic location and the air conditioner was perfect! However, that’s where it ended…The water pressure was awful. Our showers were terrible (they were also not clean at all), washing dishes proved difficult (lack of pressure and volume of water), and there was no water in the refrigerator. We had to purchase six large packs of water bottles, just to have water. The ice maker did not work. The property manager knew that it didn’t operate. An additional ice maker was placed into the rental, prior to our arrival. However, it did not have a tray to catch ice. The technician stopped in to address this issue, he took the ice maker and didn’t return with one for us to utilize. We were told that two would be provided. We never saw that technician again. We had to buy ice each day. We were told to provide receipts. Can’t provide them, if you don’t have them. We purchased over 10 bags of ice. The fan in the kids bunk room broke on day 2 of 6. We were told that a technician would come fix/replace the fan on Friday (the day prior to our departure at 1:30pm). To say that we were disappointed with our almost expensive vacation is an understatement! This was sold to be a premium property, unfortunately we were sold a lemon. Thanks!
