This is a beautifully renovated Cape Cod in downtown Richmond! Walk right up to the full
porch with built-in seating perfect for enjoying your morning cofee or summer nights. As
you enter, you are greeted with tons of natural light, a gorgeous open floor plan layout, and original hardwood that flows throughout the home. The spacious living room features
recessed lighting open to the dining area & custom bar. The kitchen is a chef's dream with
gas cooking, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, farm sink, ceramic
tile flooring, and a beautiful mosaic backsplash. Two bedrooms with ceiling fans & spacious
closets sit perfectly between the full bathroom that offers ceramic-tile flooring & tub
surround and a modern-chic vanity with bowl sink. The home also features an oversized
half bath and a stackable washer/dryer..

Feel free to catch a nap in our hammock under the trees! (PLEASE NOTE, hammock weight
limit is 450lbs.)

Quick 3-minute drive into downtown Shockoe Bottom, 11 minutes walk or 4 minutes bike ride to
Chimborazo Park and close to neighborhood markets & restaurants. Brown's Island, the

Some housekeeping lacked - ran out of toilet paper, only one wash cloth, coffee filters were not a full pot size, no top sheet (hope comforter is washed), floor and upholstery could be better vacuumed (esp noticed when rearranging sofa cushion boards), not much space to store our clothes/suit cases, major mail pile up. ‘Host’ responded to pre check queries but not during our stay. Maintenance issues - loose tiles in back kitchen/bathroom floor and toilet wobbled. All these easily remedied for this cute place with comfortable temperature and good hot water located convenient for our family visit.
