Ocean Block-Crib, stroller, high chair included, great for extended families!

Welcome to our Home Away from Home! Jetty's Break 101 is a bright and sunny condo with lots of family friendly features.

Our location on 92nd Street is fantastic! We are steps away from the ocean, which is convenient when you have little ones to take back and forth to the beach. Our building has an elevator to make it easy to unload and making our building handicap accessible for the extended family. Our unit is furnished with family fun in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, a microwave and an icemaker. We have 2 sleeper sofas in the living room, TV and a fireplace for chilly winter nights.

Our den is a great place for the little ones with twin beds and toys to play with. We have added a crib, stroller, a pack n play, and highchair, child sized tables and chairs and more for our smallest guests! The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The 2nd master bedroom features a queen size bed and attached bath with shower/bath combo. The half bath in the hallway is convenient for visiting family and friends and those quick trips from the beach or pool.

The washer and dryer is in the unit and very convenient for those endless loads of clothes that babies and toddlers produce. There is a rooftop pool with space to sunbath if you choose.

Several restaurants are close by. Layton's and Princess Royale's Buffet for breakfast are so close you can just walk to either. Liquid Assets and Bull on the Beach are also across the street. The Supermarket is right across the street featuring loads of prepared foods. Three other restaurants are also less than a block away. If you love to read, the library is two blocks away featuring books, tapes, fax and computers for your use.

Across the street behind the Supermarket is a playground complete with tennis courts and basketball court. There is also ice skating a few blocks up in the Carousel. We are on the first floor which is actually the second floor of the building. We are on the same floor as the exercise room. There is a large patio balcony with space for everyone and not so high up that you have to worry about the little ones falling off the balcony. There is so much to do that you don't need a car and so many places to eat that you don't have to cook unless you want to!

In short, Jetty's Break 101 is a family friendly condo, child safe features, 1/2 block from beach features full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, whirlpool tub, 2BR and den, 2 1/2 baths, surrounded by restaurants. Playground, tennis courts and basketball are across the street next to supermarket. A perfect family location for a perfect beach vacation!
