Amazing stay!! So fun!

Nice well maintained rental property in a safe residential setting. We were in the area for a water ski tournament and appreciated being able bring our dog. It’s a walkable area if you are an active person and I went on foot to Whiskey Road, Sidecar Coffee and Insomnia cookies. Took a 5k jog to Icon Donuts and Sweetery our first morning there. If we had trailered our ski boat to the tournament or had more than 3 other friends staying with us parking would have been a little tight but you can park on the street. It was raining when we were packing up to leave so we appreciated having the garage to pull into to stay dry while we loaded the truck.

Great Stay in Cedar Falls

Check in went well and the house is super nice! We had no issues with the home and I would book here again. The host was fast to answer questions. It was a good experience overall.

UNI Reunion

This is a wonderful house in the perfect location. The house is in excellent condition and everything is new and updated. The outside deck and fire pit and patio were a big hit and the privacy fence and lights were perfect. We had an AC issue and a repair service was there within the hour. We will absolutely try and make this our annual Cedar Falls/UNI reunion home base.

We stayed in this home with family members for Memorial Day weekend. We liked it well enough that we returned with other family members for a fall get away. The house looks new and was very comfortable for 6 adults, 2 tens, and 2 toddlers. The rooms are spacious. The teens enjoyed the large TV in their bedroom. We enjoyed the fire table on the deck, the fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs, and the hot tub. The fenced yard was good for privacy but also for the toddlers to play outside. It was helpful to have the washer and dryer. The host responded quickly to questions. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to Cedar Fall's Main Street with lots of good restaurants and cute shops.
