Gleaming wood floors, fine carpentry, 12 foot ceilings, and local décor combine to create an ambiance of spacious elegance.

Located in the historic Marigny Triangle, Le Château de Pauger can easily host your group; it boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and ample living space. The generous master suite has a king-sized bed and lavish en suite bathroom. Large second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, and additional sleeping arrangements are available for children. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. This property offers more than its luxurious interior accommodations; guests can retreat to a private backyard oasis to refresh and rejuvenate after a day in the French Quarter. Enjoy multiple outdoor seating arrangements, a grill provided for your use, and the outdoor sound system, all within the complete seclusion provided by your privacy fence. Good location for walking to French quarter. The back deck/patio no longer looks like the photos. The palms & other plants have died. This is located near other rentals and not a quiet neighborhood but great access to Frenchmen st.

The location is outstanding and the house is nice and clean. The house has suffered some abuse from previous renters- broken cabinet door, Keurig top broken, and toilet paper holder broken. There is an ongoing issue with the cable signal being sporadic. These are all minor issues and would not prevent us from staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean. Great to be able to cook several of our meals while staying in. Easy on and off trolley access to the French quarter and downtown. Roberts market was a wonderful treat just walking distance from the house. Loved the painted mural in the back yard. We had a fantastic visit in NOLA to celebrate our friend for her birthday and NYE.

Alex was awesome, home was beautiful and stocked with yummy treats, coffee and tea.About equal walking distance to either Frenchman or Bourbon. This is a little bit farther than I usually stay in the Quarter. Felt safe walking in the day but not at night, we used Uber, under 20. There is a security system which is really nice. This house will not disappoint.

Family fun in NOLA

Located in the Faubourg Marigny, the Chateau is just a short walk away from the heart of the French Quarter!

Stereo and Television System -
One of us will most likely meet you and your group at the property to greet and shake hands. If not, we will arrive shortly after you all have settled in so that we may give you a quick tutorial of how to use the sound system / television / internet radio, etc. The two zone sound system sound system is controlled by an Onkyo receiver which can be remotely controlled from your smartphone by downloading the Onkyo Remote app. (Compatible with Iphone, Android, and Windows smart-phones.) The digital system in place has so many features that even we have yet to learn all of them. Rest assured of the following - it is absolutely incredible!

Groceries and Stocked Items -
We have a variety of amenities that will await you and your party. There are several coffee makers (varied in design and function), k-cups upon your arrival and a full service kitchen.

Utility Room & use of Washer and Dryer -
The home has a utility room that includes a washer and dryer as well as other miscellaneous cleaning supplies. Please feel free to wash and dry your clothing during your stay. Laundry detergent, softener, iron/ironing board, and more - all available to you.
