We loved the layout of the apartment, and it was super helpful to have enough beds for each person to have their own. It was modern and beds were overall comfortable. Also, the property felt secure and was close to the family we were visiting. Also, the host was responsive to questions and communication was easy. We rated less than 5 stars for the following reasons: the water stunk, there were not shower curtain liners for all showers, the dishwasher pod holder was broken, my son found hairs in his clean towels, and showers could have been cleaner.
