Thanks for the 5 stars, Megan! So delighted to hear that you and your family had a wonderful stay! We look forward to hosting you again soon, <3 The Art Coast Properties Team
Our experience was excellent! The property was very clean and everything was well stocked and ready for us to go. The broader town had a power outage during our stay and the owner was very responsive to our questions and was helpful as other things came up. The house is very spacious with ample room for our group & has several nice living spaces. It's also very close to Saugatuck, the beaches nearby, and is only a short drive from Holland. We had a very relaxing weekend and definitely would stay here again!

Thanks for such a stellar first review of Serenity, Benjamin! We're so happy to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beauty and unique space of the home🌿 It was a delight to assist you during your visit and help make your stay restful and stress-free. You were a pleasure to host, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Until next time, <3 The Art Coast Properties Team
We traveled with our two adult children and their partners, and this house was an excellent home base location for our visit to Saugatuck, Holland, and Grand Rapids! With the house nestled into the woods, it felt very private, but close to everything, and the woodland views were just beautiful. The house was clean, well-appointed, and the digital home manual and instructions around the house were wonderful (and appreciated) details! In addition to hiking and exploring new places, we love to cook and play board and card games. With a nice little market in Douglas, a large kitchen equipped with everything you could need, and two fabulous rooms for games - not to mention perfect sleeping accommodations ( workspace), this house checked all the boxes for us! And even though we don't typically watch movies on our trips, we did watch a little James Bond on the big screen while waiting for the last two to arrive! (Great movie collection for all!)Thank you to the owners and to the Art Coast team for a great experience! We've definitely marked Serenity as a favorite for return visits - and if you are traveling to the area and in search of something for your group, we highly recommend you check this one out!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted that Serenity was such a great property for your family’s trip. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the peaceful woodland setting, the well-equipped kitchen, and the cozy game rooms. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for another visit! <3 The Art Coast Properties Team
This was a beautiful property that was tucked back into the woods. Very peaceful. The house itself was uniquely designed. We loved all the space we had including 3 seperate floors that had bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with essential cooking supplies and left out 3 types of loose leaf teas to try, which we all loved. Its very close to downtown Saugatuck while still feeling private.
