-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to stay with our elderly dog and this was perfect. We could walk everywhere for anything we needed. The place was very clean. One day the owner saw me outside and thanked me for staying there and asked if everything was going ok with the cottage. We used to live in PSJ and being downtown is always fun. There is a little traffic noise but it is such quiet town that it died down early and we couldn't hear anything in the bedrooms. We come up several times a year and would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They do respond quickly but for the price of the unit I don't feel it's worth the money. The front door had a huge opening in it and needs new weather stripping. I'm not sure the sheets were the cleanest because down at the foot of the bed there was dirt in them.
