Bay Harbour C-312 - Beautiful three bedroom two and a half bath luxury condo at mile maker 74.5. Complex comes complete with tennis courts, pickleball court, weight room, pool, dockage, fish cleaning station, Smart TV's for streaming (no cable) and Wi-Fi. The condo boasts some amazing views of the Clear Blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean looking over Sea Oats Beach. Relax on your own private roof top patio and enjoy a beautiful sunrise of the glow of a famous Florida Keys Sunset.
NOTE: Onsite trailer parking is not allowed at Bay Harbour community.
VACATION RENTAL LICENSE: 24-0309 Per Islamorada's vacation rental ordinances for weekly rentals 2 people per bedroom are allowed, and 2 additional guests if under the age of 6.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase.
Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.
Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.

Relaxing in Islamorada

Condo was in a great location. Very clean and quiet. Nice pool and fitness center. Also had a dock for a boat we rented. Would definitely come back!

A Wonderful Space

The condo was very nicely appointed, spacious, and with a great view of the ocean. During our stay the weather was awful and yet because of our very comfortable lodgings the trip was actually regarded as a success by all

Restful Visit

Location was away from the hustle and bustle of congested business and traffic and close to so many beautiful places. The drive in either direction was breathtaking. The condo was in a gated section of a quiet, very nice community and was in great condition. We had trouble getting connected to Wi-Fi but that may have been on us - plus, it was great to be unplugged while we were there. Management was very communicative and cooperative.

Nice Propery - No WIFI

Property was great. Was very disappointed that in todays world we did not have WIFI available without spending $20/day/device. the advertisement stated that there was wifi and it was misleading.

Lovely condo and location

Lovely condo in a quiet, gated condo complex. The view was amazing and we had plenty of space to spread out within the condo. Having a dock and boat slip was wonderfully convenient, along with covered parking for our car. The condo had everything we needed, with the exception of no beach towels to take on the boat or to the pool. We were told the condo had WIFI and cable TV, but unfortunately, it hadn't been setup yet and only the owner could do that, therefore, it didn't happen during our stay. Once the WIFI and accompanying cable TV becomes functional for guests, this condo will be 5 STARS!

Nice condo beautifully decorated. Good location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was a perfect size and location for us. Close to lots of amenities. The pool was nice and warm and clean. The bedrooms were great sizes and we enjoyed the screened room and loved the upper deck. Master bedroom and bath were very large. There was no hair dryers so be sure to bring your own. The master bed was very firm but we just slept on top of the comforter and that helped. Thank you for a great vacation stay.

Room for improvement

While I enjoyed my time in the keys, there was room for improvement in the unit. There was very low water pressure in the unit and this information was passed on to the rental agency. They responded very quickly, the person that is responsible for the maintenance reviewed the problem but was unable to rectify the problem. The other item that did not work was the ice maker, not sure if this was due to the low water pressure. My suggestion is the units should be checked periodically to insure all the amenities are in working order. Other than these items the place was very nice and enjoyed having access to a boat slip.
