We grew up around ranches ,farmland and an ocean in Central California. My husband enjoyed fishing and I enjoyed horseback riding. We are retired now from our businesses and have traveled the world. Los Cabos gave us the freedom to enjoy our sports and also the warm weather, Mexican culture and cuisine.

Why they chose this property

The beautiful beach, the tropical lush gardens, the great restaurants within walking distance, surfers are fun to watch, whales are marvelous to see, the baby turtles released on our beach, great experience to witness, horseback riders on the beach are wonderful . Of course there are beach vendors that sell everything from jewelry, hats, tee shirts, and are willing to bargain.

Ground floor condo , walk in the front door and walk out the back door with no steps to the pool or beach. Purified water from kitchen faucet and Purified ice maker in freezer. Tile floor is updated with earth tone tile. Under cabinet lights mounted in kitchen, great for prepping your meals. Big split kitchen sink with granite counter tops. Cabinet storage in bathroom. Additional drawers in closet of the bedroom. Split Air conditioner in living room and bedroom. Additional dead bolts on Front door for added peace of mind.
