Welcome to The TipSea Turtle, our laid-back Ocean Isle Beach cottage just one mile from the sand. This cozy, fully stocked retreat comfortably sleeps up to six and is designed for an easy, stress-free beach stay, perfect for families, couples, or a long weekend by the coast.

For security, a Ring doorbell camera monitors the exterior front entry only. There are no interior cameras.
Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site for the duration of the stay, in accordance with local regulations.
Some owner closets are locked and not accessible during your visit.
While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, occasional outages or equipment issues beyond our control (power, appliances, HVAC, electronics) may occur and do not qualify for refunds. Please report maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them as quickly as possible.
At checkout, we simply ask that you place trash in the outdoor bin, wash any used dishes, and lock doors and windows. We’ll take care of the rest.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash any dirty dishes and leave in the drying rack (stored under the sink).
Lock all the doors and windows, including downstairs and the sliders in the bedrooms.
Turn the A/C up to 75 and turn off window unit downstairs (if you used it)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be aware that locked closets are the property of the owner and are not to be entered under any conditions.

We LOVE this place!
This house was perfect for us! So cozy and comfy with the perfect amount of amenities. The fenced backyard was perfect for relaxing with quick access to the outdoor shower (which was amazing) and bar area. The house was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, spices, towels, wash cloths, etc. The only thing I would add to this home would be a fan in the screened in areas. We had battery powered fans so it wasn't unbearable, but we would spent almost the entire day out there if there would have been a large fan.

Over the past three years, we've enjoyed hosting guests at our place near Jordan Lake, sharing the tranquility and natural beauty of the region. Now, we're excited to extend our hospitality to our beach home in Ocean Isle Beach. We've put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and relaxing space, and we hope it feels like a home away from home for you.

My husband and I love spending time at Ocean Isle Beach — it’s our favorite place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the simple things. The neighborhood has such a peaceful, laid-back vibe. It’s close enough to all the fun spots like the beach, restaurants, and shops, but tucked away just enough to feel quiet and relaxing after a day out. What we enjoy most is being able to start our mornings with coffee on the porch and end our evenings with beautiful sunsets nearby. It’s the perfect little getaway spot, and we’re excited to share it with you!
