Situated directly across from the main entrance to Lake Elmo State Park, access to the beach and water portions of Lake Elmo are a breeze. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or lounging on the sandy beaches. Lake Elmo has community amenities with barbecues, covered picnic areas and public restroom facilities for larger groups.

Guests will have private access to the entirety of the home, including the pool during summer months.

Weather permitting, the pool is open from May 1st to September 15th. Billings has been known to experience late spring cold spells/snow and early winter conditions.

The house overlooks Lake Elmo which we enjoyed. It was spotless which is nice after a full day of travel. I also really appreciated the very minimal list of things to take care of on the day of departure. It sure made getting out the door for another day of travel nice and easy.We had a great time while we were in town and this home was a nice place to land at the end of the day.

The lake house

Great home that has many activities and plenty of space for a larger group. Grant was prompt with communication and very accommodating. The pool was very refreshing! Would highly recommend!

This place was beautiful. So much room and the view was amazing. We had people stay from ages 2-78 and it worked out well. Plenty of parking. Pool goes from 3.5 ft to 6ft, just an fyi. And the bedroom upstairs does balcony over one of the 3 living areas. We had so much fun and the pingpong set up was our favorite. Would definitely stay again for our group of 18!
