We had a good stay overall. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the living room TV had surprisingly good sound. However, the balcony roof was partially collapsing, making the outdoor area unsafe for anyone to use, it definitely needs urgent repair. Also, if you have a larger vehicle, be aware that the garage is quite tight and might not accommodate it properly.

Thank you Giovanni for staying at our vacation rental. The roof on the house is less than 5 years and the balcony does not have a roof. Instead. it has an awning which is not in any shape falling or unsafe for people. We sent pictures and videos to vrbo to confirm that it is sturdy and not an issue. Also, the listing already says that there is ample parking on the street and the garage is only for one car.
